The deposit amount depends on the type and size of flooring you choose. Your sales rep will confirm this during your home visit. Once you apply we’ll call to book you in and answer questions – we may be able to give you a better indicator of deposits once we know roughly what it is you’re looking for.

No, we do not perform credit checks—we make flooring affordable for everyone.
Yes! We offer flexible payment options, so you can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, or monthly—whatever works best for you.
Our system takes payments via your bank on the dates set up at your home appointment – this could be a specific day each week, or a set date each month and so on. If at any point you know you’ll struggle to make a payment, or that it’ll leave you in a tough spot, just call us and we can help! If you also need to change the payment schedule at any point for example if you get a new job that has a different pay cycle, just give us a call and we can change the schedule for you! We’re always just a call away.
Yes! You can pay off your remaining balance at any time with no penalties or extra charges.

One of our friendly sales reps will visit your home with all our sample packs of carpet, laminate, and vinyl flooring. They’ll help you choose the perfect flooring and can give advice about what works best in which areas.
They’ll measure up while you’re having a look through samples then they’ll calculate the fully cost of the flooring. The deposit is taken from the full cost, and the rest is spread over time – they’ll help work out deposits and payment schedules to make it as easy as we can for you!
If you’d like to go ahead, we can get your order processed straight away! A deposit is required at the appointment to secure your flooring and book your fitting.
If you change your mind before installation, let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to find a solution. If your flooring has not been cut to size yet, we can change your order to something else!
We offer some of the fastest fitting times in the industry! Once your order is confirmed and deposit paid, we aim to fit your flooring as quickly as possible. Our fastest fit was 3 days after a home appointment, but most customers have a 7-10 day wait time for fitting. Once your first month’s payment is in, we’ll call to book fitting for usually the week after.
Yes, please ensure rooms are clear before our fitters arrive to speed up installation. If you need help, let us know in advance.
No, we don’t remove old flooring. Some fit teams can offer Uplifts as an extra service but as standard we do not include this.
Yes! Our pricing includes:

Yes! We fit stairs, hallways, and any other areas that need carpeting.
