During your appointment we'll show you our entire range to pick out your perfect flooring. We'll measure up, provide you with a quote and help you create your payment plan around your budget.
Pay Deposit
We require a small deposit for flooring. This is due the day of your home appointment, but only if you decide to go ahead with the plan. Your deposit comes directly off the overall cost of the flooring.
Book Fitting
Once your deposit is paid and we see that the plan is all set up and working, we'll give you a call to arrange booking. Your fitting is made with your availability in mind.

How Our "Pay Weekly Laminate" Plans Work
When it comes to hard wearing, scratch resistant, stain resistant, easily cleaned flooring, Laminate Flooring is the most popular choice. Our Pay Weekly Laminate Plans let you spread the cost of your new Laminate Flooring over time, completely Interest Free!
Step 1: Apply Easily Online
Use the form at the top of this page to apply online. We use these details to check which Account Manager covers your area and their availability before we call, so we can make it as easy as possible for you to get booked in. We can also answer any questions about the home appointment and how the payment plans work at this stage.
Step 2: The Home Appointment
Our Account Manager local to you will come out at a time you’re free with all their flooring samples, bringing the showroom direct to you. While you look through our ranges, they’ll measure up and then work out the overall price for the flooring. They can then work out what the payment plan amounts would be and if you’re on board, pay the deposit and we sign the contract here.
Step 3: Getting Booked In For Fitting
After you make the first payment on your plan, we’ll give you a call to book you in for fitting. This is typically within 2 weeks of the day we call you. Your fitting team will give you a time slot of when to expect them, and we ask that old flooring is removed and the room is as clear as possible of furniture and items. We’re typically happy to work around large furniture and white goods, such as bed frames and fridge freezers but having a clear area makes the job a lot easier for the fitting teams.
Step 4: The Payment Plan
After fitting, all that’s left to do is keep up with the payment plan. If you’re ready for more flooring before you’ve paid the whole plan off, just give us a call and we can come back out once you’ve paid roughly 50% of the plan off!

A Few Frequently Asked Questions
When you apply online we’ll typically call you either that day or the next working day to book in your home appointment. We usually have space that week or the next depending on busy periods.
At the home appointment once our Account Manager has priced up your flooring, we ask for a deposit (£80 for Laminate) which comes off the overall cost, the remainder is then spread evenly over weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments and becomes the payment plan.
The cost of the flooring is all you pay for, but we include anything needed to complete the fit. For Laminate flooring this includes free underlay, beading and door bars.
We do not charge interest on any of our flooring plans.
We do not perform credit checks on any customers.
Absolutely! The more flooring you get, the higher your payments will be. If you can afford the payments, you can get the flooring, no matter how many rooms you’d like flooring for.
No, there’s a minimum of £400 but there’s no max limit. As long as you can afford the payments we’re happy to provide the flooring.
Within 2 weeks. At the home appointment you’ll pay a deposit and schedule your payments. After the first payment on the plan is made, we’ll book you in for fitting which is usually between 7-14 days from booking.
We don’t remove your existing flooring. We ask that this is removed prior to your fitting appointment.
