How The Easipay Plans Work
Step 1: Apply Online
Your journey into new flooring starts when you apply online or contact our office (Tap the button below to apply). We’ll give you a call usually either the same or next working day to explain a little more about how the plans work and book you in for your free home visit.
Step 2: The Home Visit
Our Birmingham and Coventry account manager Chris will bring the showroom to you in the comfort of your own home so that you can see our carpet samples in your homes ambient lighting and colour match with existing furniture and walls. While you look through the extensive carpet ranges, Chris will measure up the rooms for you and help you decide by offering friendly advice and expertise.
When you’ve settled on the sample you like best, Chris will offer you a free, no obligation quote for the flooring and help you break it down into manageable chunks that will become your payment plan.
Step 3: The Payment Plan
We’ll set the payment plan up while Chris is there. You pick what’s best for you – choose the dates in the month, choose the days of the week, choose how often you want to make the payments. Our plans are fully designed and personalised around your convenience. If you want the flooring fit sooner you can even start your plan on the day of your home appointment. Once the first payment is made, so that we can see it’s set up with your bank, we’ll call up to book you in for fitting.
Step 4: Fitting
When we book you in for fitting, we’ll likely be booking you in for a weekly slot and then hand you over to our fitting team to organise a set day for them to come over and install your new carpets. They’ll likely make quick work of your new carpets and then show you around the flooring and explain what to look out for before you sign off to say that you’re happy.
After fitting there’s just the payment plan to keep up with. If you decide you want more flooring in the future you won’t have to pay off all of the payment plan – it’s a case by case basis but typically once you’ve paid around 40% of the flooring off consistently you’re welcome to book in again for more flooring.

No, we do not perform any credit checks on any of our customers! If you’ve got bad credit, as long as you can pay your weekly payment you can get a new carpet with Easipay!

Typically we aim to have your carpet fully installed and fitted within 7 to 10 days of your first payment.
Our accounts managers will arrange payment plans to best suit our customers needs. This can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Our account managers go through the costs of everything while they’re there which includes your payment plan and fitting fee.

Once you’ve made enough payments to cover your bill the payments will stop. We tailor the payment plan around you – if you decide you can pay slightly more in your payments, you’ll pay the bill off sooner.
If your financial situation changes and become able increase your payment amount then this will help you pay the order off sooner! The overall amount will still be the same. Likewise, if you’re going through a rough patch with finances then let us know. We can reduce the payment amounts for a while and extend the plan, or delay a single payment date.
